Apropos

Although it is extremely cold outside, it’s about damn time. Winter is for layers and hats and scarves, etc.

With that in mind, I leave you with this quote:

“All of us could take a lesson from the weather. It pays no attention to criticism.”

I fucking HATE winter.

Originally a Zen story about a priest who was accused of rape. He continued to hoe his row of vegetables year after year regardless of the scorn of the city folks. Finally, five years later, the real rapist was caught. Eventually, the people in the city came by and wondered when he might be coming to town again. He ignored them, and just kept hoeing his row.

You let your insight and philosophical knowledge show. And all this time I thought you were just a brilliant mixologist. Just shows to go you...

Sophie and HFS: Let's all enjoy the winter while it sticks around. There is always time for Global Warming...

Miss Britt: Tell all your single, sane, available male friends all about me and my hotness.

Sandy: I am pleased you understood why I threw out the quote. Thanks for stopping by.

CEO: That is the nicest complement I’ve received in some time, thank you
