What Cancer Cannot Do
Cancer is so limited...
It cannot cripple love
It cannot shatter hope
It cannot corrode faith
It cannot destroy peace
It cannot kill friendship
It cannot suppress memories
It cannot silence courage
It cannot invade the soul
It cannot steal eternal life
It cannot conquer the spirit.

What we can do; yearly mammograms and monthly self breast exams. Ladies, teach your significant others how to examine your breasts. Might as well be both pro-active and have fun at least once a month.
Although I recommend as much fun per month as humanly possible, the breast exam only needs to be done once.
Use your imaginations....

Are you sure you should do that self-exam daily? Maybe with a little help from a friend? BTW, Judy's mammogram was absolutely clean.
This "poem" was timely for me today, as a friend is going through a scary time today. Hopefully, I won't need to share it with her.
Thanks H!
Oh sure, be all serious about a serious topic. You didn't even use the term boobies.
And just because that word still makes me giggle in my 40's, in no way minimizes my compliments on this excellent post.
my significant other was amazingly receptive to this idea!
Perfect.
May I repost this on the group site?
Much bloglove,
Frances
CEO: Yay for Judy! You 2 can do the exam twice a day if that's what floats your boat. I'm jealous!
Karina: I hope all turns out well for your friend. Sending only good thoughts and much strength.
t2ed:Well I say keep the girls healthy so we can keep on buying cleavalicious bras. Am I right ladies and gentlemen?
QDB: I am jealous of you too. Oh yea, have fun too!!!! ;-)
Frances: Of course. Thanks!
I am awaiting my mammogram. No cleavalious bras for me.....I'm still in a training bra after all these years ;)
