Dear Young Blonde Misfit:

I realize that you are not to be blamed for being a child who seems to be ignored by your parental unit. However, you are old enough to know better. I am quite sure that your single father did not teach you to go up a dog that is not yours who is on it’s own property. I am also pretty confident that he did not instruct you to take said dog off his lead and try to steal him.

If I EVER see you near Dexter again, trust me it will not be pretty. You have your own dog, leave mine alone. Consider yourself warned!!

Thank God for HFS, Jr who rescued Dexter before any harm was done to him.

If you will pardon me now while I tend to Dexter and try to cool off. I cannot remember the last time I have been this angry.

An excellent idea Howard!

A broken, pox ridden face. I'll be honest, that wasn't one of my scenarios but it will work in a pinch.

I'll have my people call yours!

Capeesh?

I can attest to the fact that I have never seen Wicked as pissed off as she was at the moment we realized what had happened. The look on her face when HFS Jr appeared at the front door with a leash-left Dexter and muddy socks was something to behold, I'm telling you.

Hell, even Dexter was like "WTF was THAT all abou??"

I still can't understand WTF was going on. There are enough leash-left dogs running around this world that need to be taken home and takn care of...let her go play with one of them, know what I mean?

You can tell how tired I am by the amount of typos in that last post.

Eek.

Really? Leash-left dogs? Unheard of. Surely you jest!

RP, I do know who the child is I watched her trying to take Dexter. I actually feel sorry for her, she is quite neglected. Always wandering through the neighborhood at hours a child her age should not be. I am on the fence as to whether I should simply report the situation to Child Protective Services and let them deal with her cry for help.

I totally messed up what I was going to say up there...sheesh.

Anyway, what I MEANT to say was that if she touches my furry nephew again, social services will be the least of their worries.

GRR!!

LOL

Your call to protective services can be made anonymously. :) I'd recommend it. She needs all the help she can get. And she might be more likely to leave your dog alone.
